- The price is per day. Please select the quantity based on the number of days you plan to participate at checkout.
Vendor Space & Requirements
- Certificate Of Insurance is mandatory!
- You have to be aware of how to handle & serve food safely!
- Showcase any desserts, sweets, frozen or non alcoholic drinks or sell your products/services while branding your business in front of an engaged, high-quality audience.
- Space is limited and precisely measured—only a 10 x 10 white tent canopy is allowed.
- The white tent is required for drone footage, as this event will be televised worldwide.
- Everything inside your tent (e.g., table skirting) can reflect your company’s colors and designs.
- We ask that you donate an item to help feed our team and volunteers that will sacrifice to make sure you are successful
- Booth spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Alternative Option – Ticket Sales Program
- Avoid vendor fees by participating in our alternative ticket sales program. Text our hotline at 678-768-3717 for details.
- Example: Instead of paying a $250 vendor fee, sell 11 early bird tickets, and your fee is waived. (Ticket prices are subject to change.)
- After covering your vendor slot, you can continue earning—every additional ticket you sell earns you 15% profitwith your assigned code.

- Friday 6pm-9pm VIP gala. Load in starts on thursday 11am
- Saturday 2pm- 10pm Load in starts at 8am
- Sunday 11am- 8pm. Load in starts at 8am
- All 3 days package, you can load in on thursday at 1pm

You are required to bring a white 10 x 10 tent and a table for your products. If you need more time to build your structures please text us. A cleanup fee is not included, please add that to your cart before checkout. We do encourage all vendors to uphold a high level of professionalism to foster long-term relationships as we grow annually and expand globally. Your assigned area and traffic flow will depend on your selected payment level; however, we strive to ensure that every vendor receives visibility and access to customers.
